Following the likes of of fashion greats Gucci, Lanvin, and Stella McCartney, Versace has a kids’ line underway! There are several lines which make up Versace: Versace Couture, Versace Jeans Couture, Versace Home Collection, Versus, and Versace Collection. In addition to clothing and accessories, it also operates a hotel, the Palazzo Versace, as well.
Young Versace, which should not to be confused with the label’s previous kids’ line Versace Young, that was discontinued in 2004, is aimed at children from infancy through age 12. The collection will feature natural fabrics, Medusa-head logos (Versace’s signature), Greek frieze motifs, and bold prints. This is meant to be a high-end, glamorous and colorful collection, in line with the brand’s essence, with a touch of rock ’n’ roll.
Young Versace makes its debut next spring at Versace stores as well as select retailers.
